INTERIM MANAGEMENT

Interim Management is an engagement model in which the TREKSIS team assumes a direct management role within the company to restore control, implement change initiatives, and achieve clearly defined business outcomes.

In many situations, business owners face not only operational or financial challenges, but also a lack of management capacity to address them. A company may be experiencing a crisis, ownership transition, restructuring, shareholder disputes, or preparation for a sale, while the existing management team may not possess the experience or capabilities required to navigate these circumstances effectively.

In such cases, providing recommendations or developing a strategy alone is not sufficient. Successful transformation requires active leadership, hands-on execution, and ongoing management of the change process.

TREKSIS can therefore assume temporary responsibility for managing the business or specific functions, acting on behalf of the owner and ensuring that strategic decisions are translated into measurable results.
AREAS OF WORK
01
Entry into business management
Temporary participation of the TREKSIS team in the company’s management system is organized:

  • involvement of specialists in business management (CEO, CFO, CRO, Project Office);
  • formation of a decision-making center;
  • restoration of control over key areas of operations;
  • ensuring management continuity.

The objective of this stage is to ensure business manageability and create a foundation for implementing changes.
02
Operational management and control
Daily management of key business processes is carried out:

  • management of priorities and resources;
  • control of decision and task execution;
  • coordination of departmental activities;
  • operational response to changes in the situation.

At this stage, the business transitions into systemic managerial control.
03
Implementation of changes
Implementation of decisions and business transformation is ensured:

  • launch of change programs;
  • implementation of management decisions;
  • support of transformation initiatives;
  • control of achievement of target indicators.

The objective of this stage is to ensure not the development of changes, but their practical execution.
04
Strengthening the management system
A sustainable management model for the post-project period is formed:

  • transfer of management tools and practices;
  • setup of management and control processes;
  • development of the management team;
  • preparation of the business for independent operation.

At this stage, a system is created that is capable of functioning without the continuous involvement of the TREKSIS team.
VALUE FOR THE OWNER
As a result of the work, the owner receives:

  • restored control over the business;
  • implemented changes and achieved results;
  • strengthened management team;
  • a functioning management and control system;
  • the ability to move out of manual management mode.
MANAGEMENT RESULT
As a result of the engagement, a fully controllable business is established with a functioning management system, capable of executing both strategic and operational tasks without the owner’s constant involvement.
Interim Management enables not only the development of solutions, but also the assumption of responsibility for their implementation within the business.

Your inquiry will remain confidential.
We understand that seeking restructuring or turnaround support is often associated with a high level of uncertainty, internal conflict, financial pressure, or ongoing negotiations with creditors and investors.

For this reason, the initial discussion can take place without the disclosure of sensitive company information. Our objective is to help the business owner objectively assess the situation and identify the most effective path toward recovery and stabilization.
